hotel is in a congested area. car parking is some distance away (and they dont have valet parking). reception is at 4th floor. hospitality wise they kept everybody waiting till register entries were done ( normally, sr citizens, children & ladies were allowed to get into the room while any one member completes the formalities). one of the rooms were having very foul smell. only positive is food and the restaurant at 1st floor.

they provide me 405 no room which was too small for 4 person, also dirty pillow cover and bed sheet, most horrible thinks was stinky urine small come out all over the day from toilet , i advice everyone to dont stay at 405,, otherwise restaurant is good for its food,, but i never stay at saan if further visit to beharampur

Service Quality & behaviour of receptionist of this hotel was so good, But I have my objection for food, It was too costly as well as tasteless (totally waste of money). Bathroom was clean but there was only empty odonil packet just for show.
