my experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was very poor. I found pests in the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was a bad smell throughout the room that made my stay very uncomfortable.Furthermore, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as towels, soap, tissue, or bottled water. This lack of provision significantly impacted my overall experience and convenience during my stay.Additionally, the hotel advertised a flexible check-in option on the Goibibo app. However, upon arrival, the management did not honor this agreement and insisted on a strict check-in time from 12 PM to 12 PM. This caused a great deal of inconvenience as I had planned my travel based on the flexibility promised.

My family and I had a pleasant and safe stay in Valparai. The hotel is conveniently located near the town, well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was exceptionally delicious, although it was only available for breakfast and dinner, with no lunch options. It’s an ideal place for a family stay, offering 24-hour hot water and a spacious parking area. Highly recommended for families. Thank you, Goibibo and Sabari Residency, for a great experience.

good hotel. you will get all basic amenities. restaurant is attached with the hotel. restaurant is just average. rooms are neat and clean. hot water 24 hrs. free wifi was there. govt hospital is very near which is add on for kids and pregnancy women in case of emergency. only thing which was major disadvantage was, no toiletries was provided. calm place. near to main road.

Access to Sabari Residency is easy. Away from crowded places. They provided hot drinking water during our stay. They have a restaurant and preparations are reasonably good. They have a shaded Parking Area. Good view of Tea gardens and hills. Clean place. They provided a kettle on our request.

spacious room. it's a new property. they have a restaurant on the ground floor. Food is ok. in Valparai very few restaurants are only available. so you can go with this. All the fittings in the rooms are new, except the wardrobe, door, and furniture. The overall experience is good.

okay very good for stay at this one family and friends. we stayed with our friends rooms are clean and good. hot water 24=hours getting and restaurant reasonable one. situated in market place walkable distance.

Highly recommended for a stay in Valpaarai. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good, especially the parking. The property has a restaurant and the food is really good. Was a good find from goibibo!

Worst experience, front dusk guy simply denied the breakfast, even though we have booked and paid for the breakfast. The front desk guy also very rude in speaking.
