The accommodation was very good. The ambiance and the interior of the property was excellent. However there was delayed in service and the food was not up to the mark. I had cancelled two tea and, but afterwards I saw that they had already prepared the bill for me and I had to pay the bill because as per the hotel staff they already had paid the GST and cannot cancel the billing. They forced me to take something else and where I had to take bottle of water which was very much unnecessary for me.

My overall stay was fine in the property. Staff behavior was very well. I had food over there and the quality was nice. The property provided complementary breakfast to me. Location of the property was also very convenient for me.

It's a beautiful place in Chaibasa. It's professionally managed by a caring staff who will make you feel at home. The food and the oil used in food is just amazing.
