The view from stay is good. Private access to river is available. However, the price is not at par with the amenities available at the stay as were promised during booking. Hot water in washroom was not available adequately. Iron box was found to be unserviceable. Food was also ok ok and not very great. However, the host was friendly and accomodative. We were let to extend our stay by around an hour beyond the check out time. Bonfire was promised during booking however upon asking, it was known that it is chargeable by Rs 1500. We spent two nights at tirthan, other home stays don't charge anything for bonfire. Overall an ok experience at this place

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING IF YOU WANT TO GO OFF THE RADAR. ACCESSIBILITY TO NEARBY PLACES IS RATHER LOW BUT THE VIEW MAKES UP FOR IT ALL. TO GO THERE YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO WALK DOWN 70-80 STAIRS DOWN A MOUNTAIN AND THEN CROSS A METAL BRIDGE WHICH MAKES IT NOT SO EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR THE OLD AND DISABLED OR PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIKE TO WALK UP/DOWN THE STAIRS. FOOD WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING.
