Pros or the things that I was satisfied with: The room and the apartment as such was good and cosy. Easy access to ATMs n food joints as well as 20 minutes drive to the airport. Growel mall and Oberoi mall were within the radius of 2 to 3 kms. Autos n cabs were easily available and ply on meters n very reasonably charged. Safetywise too the apartment was safe with 24/7 security guards n CCTV cameras around. Ample parking space too. Cons or suggestions that I would like to make: 1) A key can be provided for the main door as well as for the assigned/booked room. For the main door coz since Mumbai is a city that never sleeps guests might be coming back late. If we have the key we can open the door ourselves n go into our rooms rather than disturb the caretaker or wake him up. Am specially mentioning this coz we had to go through the experience of having to wait outside for 10-15 mins and even seek the security guard' help before the door was opened. Key for the room for privacy and for a sense of security. 2) There was just one kettle shared between all the 3 rooms. A kettle with tea bags, coffee pouches, and sugar satchets can be provided in each room so that guests can heat water on their own to make tea or coffee as n when required. Being early risers we found it a bit uncomfortable to be asking the caretaker to make tea for us around 7:30 am. 3) Regarding complimentary breakfast I was of the belief that it was free for both the occupants of the room. It came as a surprise when on checkout we were asked to pay breakfast charges for the 2nd occupant.

very good experience. Stayed for 2 days. Spacious room with a lot of closet space, aery good view of swimming pool. Well located with a lot of stores in the complex itself. on the main road with 3 wheeler / bus stand at the gate. Good service by caretaker. option of ordering in with a number of restaurants nearby.

Neat, clean, aesthetic and professionally managed. I have had a good experience and comfortable stay here. Home-made meals can also be arranged in the property itself on extra payment. All the guys are courteous and helpful. I find myself coming back here when I am in the city.
