Avoid This Hotel: Poor Location, Overpriced, and Unpleasant ExperienceI would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Though it claims proximity to Triveni Sangam, it's actually about 3 kilometers away, located in the Jhusi area across from the main ghats. The approach road is dangerous, lacking streetlights, and the hotel itself is right next to a graveyard, which makes the location unsettling.The hotel appears newly built but is far from finished. It seems like it was rushed into operation to cash in during the Kumbh Mela, with ongoing construction in the dining area. The 5th-floor dining terrace had construction debris and felt unhygienic. Speaking of dining, the buffet was grossly overpriced at Rs 550 per person for what was essentially a bland meal of basic roti, rice, dal, a potato dish, and one paneer option. The quality of food was disappointing, and the meal definitely wasn’t worth the price.The room was fairly decent, with an AC and a kettle provided, though the bathroom was poorly designed with slippery floors, and the toiletries were of very low quality. Mosquitoes are to be found in plenty all over the placeI checked in at 9:30 pm. I had the room for only the night as early morning we left for Sangam and my overall holding period of the room was for only about 17 hours.. My check-in time was delayed by 5 hours due to a delay on my end for was charged an extra 25-30%The staff, particularly the receptionists, were unwelcoming and rude, carrying an unpleasant attitude. The bellboys, however, were courteous and respectful, a small positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.Considering the location, the poor service, the unfinished property, and the overall uncomfortable vibe, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prayagraj for Sangam darshan or temple visits. It’s certainly not worth the money, and had I known it was next to a graveyard, I would have never booked it.

we stayed at hotel saket gange from 27th jan to 28 th jan. it is new hotel , rooms are spacious and clean and food was good. the staff's helpfulness's, especially in challenging times , really stands out. it's impressive that they went above and beyond to assist us with transportation when taxis couldn't recharge hotel due to gov ceased the area. thank you upadhyay sir for all your help. you are true asset who has capability to provide calm and poised solutions to every problem. Thank you so much once again, because of you we were able to catch the flight on time. Highly recommend this hotel

1. check in was delayed by half an hour even though we reached the hotel 2 hours later than the check in time. 2. ⁠service is non existent - there was no ac in the room even though they charged for it. 3. ⁠food at the roof top make shift restaurant was decent. 4. ⁠no water in the morning for around an hour. and when they managed to restore the water supply there was no running hot water. 5. ⁠they took around an hour to provide a bucket of hot water after pushing them continuously. overall an avoid for sure.

not good to stay with families, there is no facilities like water heaters and drinking water. shown room photos and alloted dormetry room. for 50beds there is only 2 bathrooms. they are also so many leakages. no sweeping daily. zero maintenance.
