we had booking for 2 rooms 2 days in this hotel but stayed in this so called international hotel only for 31 Dec 2018. this was the most pathetic hotel I experienced in my entire tour of MP. Room provided was mear STD room where room was booked as delux. No TV, no enough light ( only one Led), and most importantly there was no hot water available. we struggled for almost 2+ hrs for hot water and finally they provided only one hitter for our 2 rooms which caused another one hour delay. staff did not provided extra bucket as well for water hitter as only one bucket per room is allowed as per their manager. staff do not have hospitality manners and they do not bother for the issues customer is facing. *owner of this hotel is not aware what is going on with customers. we checked out after one day itself as it was not good to live and not at all worth. food is over priced and not worth as per quality. they charged Rs40 for water bottle of 1 ltr. overall not good for family and not worth as we spend.

Not a clean hotel. You will find a lot of lizards, mouse and ants inside the room. We checked out at 9 PM and went to Bhopal for a **** booked hotel. And that was much better. I will not advise anyone from metro to even think about staying in this hotel. It looks like Banquet hall. Not a hotel when you enter.

Total waste of money i had book a super deluxe room, however hotel provided a room which is an out-house. 5 folding bad, TV & AC not working One major thing Hotel is not proffering **bookings. first of all they denied to give room, after lot of discussion the **an out-house(not a hotel room).

It was pleasure staying here. Rooms are large in size. View from the window was god. food was tasty and i really liked staying here. Out side lawns are beautiful. The hotel owner personally took care of us.

value for money. it's quite ok ok. Outside front view of hotel is good. Location is very good as it's situated on a Highway. Front office staff is good. I can prefer this hotel stay with family.
