This was our first stay at this place. Overall very good experience. Pros 1. Within 3km from Sawai Madhopur railway station. 2. Spacious facility little away from market place. Tranquil place. 3. Cooperative staff. 4. Nice food. 5. spacious rooms. Electric heater for hot water. 6. Rooms and toilet were clean 7. We stayed on the eve of new year. Nice party was organised by Owner. We enjoyed the DJ , camp fire and delicious food. 8. Flexible check in check out policy. Cons 1. Room heater could be provided as winters are too cold. 2. Quality of toilet fittings could be improved. The WC pot was loose and there was leakage. . Overall it is a very good option if you are looking for a budget stay for family. Special thanks to Mr. Zulfekar Ahmed who was manager and was very cooperative.

Thanks Goibibo. Hotel Sanctuary Resort is superb. Location is very good.The rooms are very specious and equipped with all amenities. Very good and unique swimming pool. Beautiful garden. The owner is a very nice person. The reception manager is very caring and humble person. We saw 3 tigers and 1 leperd. Thanks to Sanctuary Resort for making our stay so comfortable. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great great great experience, you won't get this type of hospitality at affordable price anywhere else. Whole staff is supportive, nice location- away from crowded area but we can get all the things just at walking distance. They also helps us to book safari at discounted price, and that canter our jeep picks you up from hotel gate. All good, 110% recommend this.

Nice hotel at pleasant environment of aravali hills...near by to sawai madhopur railway station and on the way of ranthabhore sanctuary...good taste of food with quality service and cleanliness....here also available for safari registration of ranthambhore sanctuary..... We are totally satisfied with hotel and next time will also stay here...

Best location, next to mountains, very spacious rooms... kids can even play in the room... lawn and pool add cherry to the cake... and best part is food... have recommended to lots of people and have received very positive feedback. .. and was very lucky to see the tiger family during safari... very much recommended

Very Nice and Homely Stay. Me.Sharma Property Owner Class A Contractor hence Building design is extra ordinary and considered Sun Light is amazing Great Forest View from Super Deluxe Room. Staff is very Co operative in nature. Ranthambhore Entry assistance is appreciable. Overall Good Hotel.
