My stay at the hotel has been horrible. My train was supposed to reach Jaisalmer around 10 pm. I had called the hotel staff in the morning and informed him that I will reach hotel by night. the staff ensured that my room will be ready and is available. but when I reached the hotel, the situation was completely sick and worst.my rooms ( I had booked two rooms) were given to other customers.the rooms shown to us were dirty and not ready at all. I had to wait for 1 hour for the staff to clean the rooms.I had booked super deluxe but was given the basic room. it seems the super deluxe were either given to other customers or for their special guests.

Room are very neat and clean, food taste was excellent and the service staff is kind in nature. The main advantage of this hotel is that it is situated near by fort & only 300m away from Hanuman chauraha, in a short note i have a fabulous experience while stay in the hotel.
