true hospitality of Ladakh gets witnessed in this hotel. Such genuine people and always helping approach. Right from the time we checked in till check out, all the staff members were so supportive. The restaurant food is amazing and rooms are fabulous. I travelled to Leh with my parents (who are bit elderly) and the team was so accommodative to all our requests and need. Also, the location is fantastic.. just 10 mins walk up and down the hill to access the Leh main bazaar, Zoravar fort or even Shanti stupa. Highly recommend and thank you for making our stay memorable 😊🙏 Hospitality

The food was consistently good, whether for breakfast or dinner. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warmly heated—perfect after a day exploring at high altitude. The serene garden and mountain views added to the charm, while the location near the market and airport made logistics easy. Highly recommend Sangaylay for its welcoming atmosphere and quality service.

The hotel is new and very good. Service quality very good. The Manager and other support staff excellent positive attitude and customer service oriented. We had booked with Breakfasr package, however for 2nd day our checkout was at 5.30 AM for flight, The team supported us by previous day dinner instead of early morning packed b/f as per our request

The property is very good. We liked Garden area and specially music and bonfire in the evening. The room is very spacious, neat and clean with all the facilities. Staff was very cooperative. Food was amazing. They also arrange best packages for sightseeing and other places as well. Best price in the Leh and of course worth the money:)

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, beautiful location, extremely professional staff and great level of service. Definitely a complete value for money experience for all of us(3 families stayed for 2 nights) Shuttle service to market, born fire in evening with soothing music, bed heaters, oxygen cylinders on demand and nice food.

The location of the hotel is good, it is close to market and all other tourist places are nearby. The hotel staff was very welcoming and specially kushal thakur a real gentleman he went out of his way to help us and provided all necessary information which an individual require at a tourist destination.

Very nice rooms with ample space, nicely maintained, clean, and hygienic. Service by the staff is also good. Location is not so great - not much views are available from the rooms. Food variety can be improved.

Had a wonderful experience at Sangaylay. The location is closer to both Airport and Leh Market. Food is excellent and most importantly the staff is extremely helpful. A must stay place to stay in Leh.
