This guy accepts booking but when guest reaches he says he cannot provide room as his hotel is sold out. So if his hotel was sold out why was he accepting bookings. On top of that when asked i have the confirmed booking he said their is a group of Russian tourist who have not checked out and will stay for more days.

No doubt room is very neat and clean with all the facilities. but hotel doesnt means without service. no service no one hear and listen. very arogant staff make my experience pathetic. i am promising not come here again.

Hadd se jyada raddi hotel hain. Totally bakwaas. Staff bhi gadhe bhare pade hain, Manager to totally rude aur mannerless tha. Hotel band kar do ek dum bakwaas. Koi 100 Rs dekar bhi ruke to worthless hai.

very pathetic service level, Ac not working, no basic phone in room to call reception, restaurants. staff is care less.
