the room was at the basement, where no network was available. So the hotelier provided another room in other hotel for which he was expecting me to pay at the time of check out ( he never told me at the time of shifting about the charges) which I strongly protested. As it was a very pick season it was difficult to find other hotel. Tough the hotelier tried to convince me to take Gypsy fir the site seeing, the charges told by them were almost twice as what are offered by MPTDC. Overall it was not a good experience.

The Hotel is located at the proper town. All hotels are actually in the same place and near to each other. The staffs behavior was really good and the food they served were also good. Hot/warm water is only available in the morning but they made it available for us in the evening also. And rooms are very spacious too...I had a very pleasant experience.

We booked this hotel on 12th of june , arrive at hotel on 13th june , then the manager provide us the room and the breakfast as mentioned on the site. Hotel is clean and hygienic. Room are ready and clean. Then they provide us a tour plan and a jungle safari for tour at very nominal price. I must say the hotel management made it very convenient stay.

Overall good experience the property is located in the main city and just few steps walk from the main market. Manager Ramji was very helpful in arranging the local sightseeing service at competitive price. They also provide you sharing experience. The property owner is very humble and generous person.

It was nice stay. Staff is friendly and the delivery is good. Rooms are quite big and the clean. Had been three with a family. They did arrange pick and drop from pipariya statiom as well. It was comfortable stay. Alos food is quite good. Recommended hotel if you wish to visit Panchmarhiπ

Very close to bus stand. Hotel provide cab in late night so it was easy to reach hotel. Manager is a good man he helped to plan my tour .He give us discount for taxi and sightseeing services. Free Wi-Fi and 24 hour services is good in hotel. Thnx for your services

Overall nice hotel for stay except minor issues in bath room. Also will not recommend to deal for vehicles with hotel staff as on second day they did not provide us vehicle as per the cost they told and finally we have to book vehicle from outside
