A perfact place for business/couple/family or solo travellers! Located at the heart of the city and edge of ocean with ISKCON temple on exact back side of the hotel. All Staff members are awsome (except a room atendent at night shift, lazy lump - but for that individual I cannot blame to the entire property and others) Most of all famous attractions/places to visit are nearby. Mumbai central, CST, crowford market, churchgate, Fort, fashion street etc are near too Most awesome is Girgaon Chowpatti is just 3-4 minutes walking distance. this hotel sapna made me to add to one of my favourite hotels in my list. Everything went above and beyond! If there is more than 10 star then they deserve it. Thanks Hotel Sapna and the Staff.

I stayed there for 3 days ,after check in we got a happy surprise as we were upgraded to premium room it was quite spacious and clean .the staff was also well mannered and talked respectfully .only problem was that the TV was not working for 1 day bt the wifi was fast so I anyway didn't need it .i think it's one of the best hotel in South Mumbai and would again like to stay there ... PS- food is good and it's reasonable here .

My rating is totally based on ease of location to all South Mumbai points & courteous staff behaviour. Room was average & common amenities were provided. No kettle or food is provided but tea stall is just below hotel. If you are budget traveller like me & able to compromise a lil bit with staying in prime location than I would recommend you this place.

best budget hotel in the area. it was neat, clean and hotel staff were friendly. heater was available in the bathroom. highly recommend if you are looking for budget hotel. location of the hotel was excellent. chowpaty beach was on walkable distance. taxi available just outside the hotel. restaurants were in walkable distance. had a pleasant stay.

Great location, clean rooms and staff is very friendly. The hotel is extremely value for money when compared with other hotels in the same locality. Would recommend for solo travellers for sure.

all is well, but its horrible for pay rs 50, to heating a cup of tea , and tea cost also rs 50.. room service guys r very well, cleanness of room and bathroom is good. thanks ..
