sapphire Hospitality Domestic Airport

It is the worst experimce i had in my total travelling experince. Owner of the property Vishal thinks that people will pay and when they see the property they will cancel and he can rebook the room from other sources. It is better to give money to raien basera run by government whose toilets are better than this property. The delux room offered to us was a store room with no attached toilets. We were told to use staff toilets.

I am staying in Mumbai hotels from last 5-6 years....the kind of comfort Saphires Hospitality , Ackruti Sunmist gives is just Superb and unmatchable. The service Appt care taker - Prashant is very polite and servse everything perfect. Yaar he gives Garam phulke with Dal just home like taste.. Location, comfort., amenities, Service all is up to the mark..

very bad experience. I booked a hotel in Mumbai but when I checked inn this was residential flat of 3 bed room. A big family stayed there. I got a room without toilet. later when I complaint .. on action n than I got a room with toilet. I came back my this residential flat I stack to enter my room after 10 minutes...

I stay in this hotel for my official work, so initially I had a difficulty in locating the property however the hospitality which I received was appreciable, staff was helpful, room was in proper condition including washroom. Didn't access WiFi and parking was there.
