The stay at the Hotel was Fabulous. One of the great hospitality received from them. It was convenient to locate the hotel, as this is less than 10 min away from Bankura station. And located on the main road. This was outside now lets give you an insight, The staff was really good, as we were 5 in the group so 1 of the rooms was for a couple and a baby. And the other was for three. the manager automatically upgraded our rooms without any extra cost. Now let's come to the food, the price of the foods are standard and do not think of the quantity as those could be served to 1.5 people. It tastes good and services was good too. I really do not have a single issue to deduct even 1 star. The stay was really great.

I needed to travel to Bankura, West Bengal for attending an interview session. I needed a place to stay over and hence booked a hotel within my budget. Unfortunately, there weren't any rooms available in the one which I had booked at the first place and I got upgraded to another hotel, through a consent call from the GoIbibo customer care. And my word, what a hotel I had been upgraded too. The best part about the experience being, I didn't have to spend an extra penny for this. The company managed my staying cost accordingly.. I was fortunate there, since I am a student and budget is sometimes a constraint.. Nevertheless, a memorable experience and an all time suggestion to whoever visits Bankura.

Since last 5 years I have been staying in Saptarshi Hotel at Bankura, I love to stay here because all the staffs are well behaved and cooperating, Food is quality and quantity wise good, you will also get complementary breakfast here, Rooms are clean, toilet is cleaned daily and moreover I would say it's the best destination for Bankura and value for money.

nice location... just 15-20 mins away from bankura railway station. also staffs are very much co-operative.... room is having all the basic facilities that are required.... washroom is neat and clean... foods are also well cooked.... overall one of the best hotel to stay in! 👍

Hotel is Situated in the Town. Bus stand and RLY station is not very far from the hotel. Room is very beautiful which u can see from my photograph. rooms are wel decorated and wel furnished.

Room service is good but they won't bring alcoholic beverages from outside. They have a bar on the ground floor, that might be the reason.
