I was on my own. There were two problems: one, they provided a landline number that never received a response, and they had a mobile number that did, but they were unable to assist me with early check-in, which is okay. Additionally, there was a microphone problem with my room phone, which they are aware of but are unable to fix, though occasionally they send staff to inquire. Major issue for me the serving spoon and plate for egg omelets and dosas are a common. In this they need to seriously work. While there are other hotels in the area with similar or worse amenities, overall, it's a respectable hotel for a trip with family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful. Rooms were clean and sanitised. so were the toilets. The suite is spacious but the standard room is also good. Beds were king sized. Just great. Breakfast was superb with lavish South Indian dishes. Just would love to stay there once again. Think on adding Restaurant services for lunch and dinner, this is the only negative but they allow outside food and provide crockery. Enjoyed our stay. My daughter was there for an exam. Loved the ambiance. no disturbance. Great breakfast.

Had a great stay at this property during my visit to Chennai. The room I stayed was spotless, compact, clean and very well maintained. Couple friendly too. Breakfast(buffet) was also good. The receptionist was also very polite and made my checkin process Smooth at late night.

This is nice place to stay in the heart of city. It is close to shopping areas of T. Nagar and Pondy Bazaar. Rooms are clean and good. polite staff. I wull strongly recommend if you are looking for a clean, good place to stay near shopping area.

i was first time to chennai we stayed here for my brothers usa visa work purpose it is near to usa visa application centre only 8 min to go by car , cab , auto , bike nice complimentary breakfast and very good behaviour of staff exllent to stay

Worth the stay, cozy neat clean and well maintained rooms and washrooms. 15mins from US consulate and easily accessible via local transport. The only con is room dining is not good though breakfast is quite decent.

it was very nice experience location is good easy to commute in the city .Staff is really supportive only problem we face Kichen is not operational and not serving any food beverages.Still good place to stay.

Beautiful place. So well maintained. The rooms have amazing interiors. There's working space in the corner of the room. There's a closet/changing room. Staff was very polite. Great service overall.

Entrance gate slope is not ok. It is difficult to drive the vehicle inside. My car got side damaged . Pls correct the slope, width & other required arrangements
