Room heating is not available. Drinking water absent. Bed metress is not comfortable. Room's outside area and gallery is having full of smoked cigarettes and beer cups, bottles and used namkeen packets. Cleaning is very bad. Overall stay experience of 2 nights is lesser than average. Best things: near to BITS Pilani and bus stand. Room design is good. TV, and hot water, and no any type of interruption from hotel staff. Bathroom has both type of water: hot and normal, but there is no way to mix both water. And soap, shampoo, or oil type of things not present. They did not make ready the room in advance and even they did not know in advance that someone booked the room.

Never expected the service could be so good.. Especially should thank Mr Abhishek for his great gesture... Hotel accessibility to bits is hardly 2 km an added advantage... Rooms cleaniness can be improved ... I was afraid initially to book this hotel as it had very negative remarks earlier and in my case my stay for 4 days at this hotel is fantastic especially in the service aspects.. Wish this continues and have more people like Abhishek to serve... Kudos for meeting my expectations which I never thought of initially after reading many negative comments on this hotel..

It is simply the bad,never ever stay there ,even if it is for free. You will definitely regret if try for even first time.Dirty and small room,non cooperative staff,no power back up,non hygiene,no water when required,dirty bathroom with water clogging,and many more.Nothing matches with what is being shown in website.Even the dust been in the room was found filled with DIRTY THINGS, used by previous visitors.I will never suggest this hotel for stay.

This hotel is waste of money and really very overprices. The thing is its not a regular hotel its open only during the admission season. It has no amenities to rate for,hopeless service, room size is very very small, two person can't stand one after the other, restaurant don't work I.e. one has to go out for having dinner or lunch, rooms were is petty condition and definitely not an option to look for.

the hotel is nowhere apt for the price. this is more like lodge best to say. rooms are unclean. our room had tv but no set top box. there was dust and web cobs all around. looked like no one stayed in that room at least a week. it has bar below hotel. absolute no for family. don't book this place.. I am trying to cancel my booking after looking at room. don't expect and city like hotel here..

🏨Best hotel in pilani .location so easy near highway . rooms are good and well maintained . Service is excellent . 🍽Restaurant well decor and furnished and food also to good 🍽🧀🥗🌭🍖🥙.laal maans was so great . I m not expected this that quality of food in pilani . To Good experience of this hotel. Any body have best option in pilani for food 🥘 and accommodation.

Stayed at this small boutique property on official visit. Rooms are small yet cozy suitable to Pilani town equipped with amenities required for a traveller. The best part is their warm hospitality and tasty food. They too have a bar,room service. Overall excellent stay. Would visit again.

very poor hotel and service. at the time of check in there was no water and rooms very dirty. No restaurant. when check in at that time he changed the linen and gave towel on demanding again and again. Never book .

We checked out of hotel on 19th itself instead of 20th July. For the amount paid for this hotel is not worth enough. Please don't recomend such type of hotels to any customer in future anywhere in this country.
