i had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff was highly professional and attentive, ensuring daily cleaning and upkeep of the room. the room itself was equipped with everything needed for comfort, including a shaving set with cream, a kettle, and a toothbrush. the aesthetic design of the room added to the overall pleasant experience. additionally, the food provided was excellent, further enhancing the quality of my stay.

The worst experience ever. Pathetic services ac not working bathroom lock is broken untidy bedsheets and pillow covers. Staff is not at all helpful we were sweating like hell but they are not willing to give us the same category room just providing us the standard basic small rooms.

Very good rooms on the first floor but you need to climb the long stairs. Their kitchen is decent but varies in taste every-time you order the same dishes. Overall a good place to stay with good connectivity, would probably book the same hotel when I visit Varanasi again
