Sarvakaya Timber Trails Yercaud

Stayed three nights. Booked it under the impression that it is like any other hotel without reading the conditions. Cons 1. Go to this hotel if you are a Vegetarian only. Suits vegetarians only as non veg food isnt made or allowed inside. We had a tough time as we were forced to go out in the chill weather and eat out every time we wanted to have non veg. 2. Hotel is constructed with steel/wood probably, not brick and cement. Quite Noisy and disturbing when someone walks in the room upstairs or takes stairs upstairs. Stayed in ground floor, even first floor will have the same problem as they have a glamping kind of set up in the second floor. We woke up many times in the night when people walked in the room above us or when they used their rest room as you can literally hear everything. Hated it. It feels like a makeshift construction. People used to solid built hotels will not like it. 3. First floor doesnt have a private balcony as shown in the pictures. It's common area also used by people who booked/ while going to the glamping kind of room on second floor. I personally aint going there again/ recommend for the above reasons. Pros: 1. Service - Very responsive Bengali staff. 100%. 2. Location- Beautiful location inside a Coffee estate, 10 mins from Town centre. 3. Breakfast had small spread but was decent. If you are okay with the cons, the hotel would suit you. Disturbing sounds from the room above when someone walks or uses rest room and when someone uses stairs. Woke up many times during nights.Since we paid in advance, had to endure. Never gonna go there again. Had to go out in chill weather whenever we wanted to have non veg as non veg isnt prepared or allowed.

it was an amazing experience we had at the resort. We were family of 4 took 2 rooms. it was very refreshing between the woods away from city fresh air great ambiance and newly build resort. Rooms, cleanliness, food, people was very good we came to celebrate my father in laws birthday and they made arrangements for cake and small decorations at the resto was super cool midnight Bornfire with old songs was cherry on the cake Looking forward to visit again only minus point is its a pure veg restorent and awned by a Jain family means you can not evern bring non veg inside few things that can be improved 1. more food options however whatever they have is very good 2. more staff to provide room service during rush hurs would be great however u will get the room service but during breakfast time u won't as everyone is occupied at the resto Single line review - One of the memorable time we had and it's a must vist place even for a non veg guy only minus point is its a pure veg restorent and awned by a Jain family means you can not evern bring non veg inside more food option and room service during all hrs

It was an excellent stay at Sarvakaya Timber Trails. Being a pure non-vegetarian, my 1st time staying in a pure vegetarian property was beyond my expectations. Food was superb. The best part was the hospitality provided by the staffs. Be it Tuhin from front desk, Sibhajit from restaurant or the room service and housekeeping staffs, everyone was super friendly and caring. After my parents fell sick in the very first day, the staffs have taken care of them with room service of water & food. Wish every stay could bring same happiness. The stay is on the main road, easily accessible and easy to find. Only thing, parking space seems less, only 4-5 cars can be parked. Overall it was a great experience. Friendly, caring staffs. Excellent, hygienic food.

Pros:1. New property2. Clean and well maintained3. Good Location4. Friendly staff. Cons:1.Small property. Not much area to explore. What u see in photo may be neighbouring property.2. Room walls are made of thin cardboard partition like office cabins. 3. Car parking is arranged on roadside, not inside the property. Risky.4. Breakfast menu variety is limited and average.Overall Ok. But there are much better resorts in Yercaud for similar price/slightly more price.
