An excellent and almost a perfect hotel in terms of location, hotel comfort, amenities and most of all personalized help and cooperation from Mr. Vinay Vala and his support staff.Mr. Vinay Vala himself works indefatigably from early hours to late at night to take care of every difficulty and need of his customers.Being opposite to the bus station and very close to the Veraval rail station, one finds lots of choices to go to the temple (Rs.20/- on shared auto), Rs.30/- to rail station (solo travel), buses to GIR, Diu, Junagadh and others.The best "Value for money" you could ask for.

1)after complaining several time they have not started tv. instead on working on this complaint they are saying people doesn't watch TV in this city.2) hot water is not available in tab .3) ac is not working nither ac remort is available in room.4) they are using Indian railway bedsheets in there hotel. 5) they have asked 798/- Rs extra for early check-in. 6) owner of this hotel is too rude. 7) flush is not working properly.. all the above things are highly disappointed we never come back to this hotel. and neither recommend any one to visit it.

The hotel was good but the washroom was not clean... they were taking the room keys while we went out... there was no privacy... they even turned off the ac when we were not present in the room... its supposed to be my decision whether the ac will be on or not when we are absent... its us who are paying...

I was earlier afraid about the hotel. but the way Mr. Vinay supported my parents during their stay at hotel is really appreciable. He has adjusted check in as per my train schedule and provide full cooperation to us. Wanna give 6 out 5 but there is limit so onky 5 i can give

property is very old. furniture ,door and window are very old and need repair. room do not have proper ventilation. they fixed exhaust fan on top of door for sending air inside. but staff is good they changed my room when i raise concern.

Is it your extra bed My feedback 1. No water in wash basin 2. No pressure in toilet jet. 3. Room charges mentioned in hotel are 1000 including all but you charged 1600. 4. No hot water 5. No tv 6. No wifi signal strength in room

The staying experience was not good due to the condition of the bathroom and inside the room we smelled like toilet and the bedsheet also smelled. Overall the behavior of the staff was fine and the hotel is good location wise.
