The hotel location is nice. Cleaning was not up to mark as we had to merge the 2 single beds due to children with us and there was so much dirt under the bed. The main reason for giving less ratings is because I was promised room for early checking with some extra pay as my train reaches at 6 in the morning but when I reached the hotel the same was denied. I had to wait for 3 hrs to get the room. my parents had to wait and our plans for the day were also delayed. However thanks to another receptionist and 1 person who did an early check out, we got 1 room at 9. As per my experience, book in advance even if you are assured of room, rest the hotel is fine

The behaviour of the restaurant manager behaviour was rude. The receptionist of the hotel was not at all helpful on asking about the vehicle to be provided for the places to visit in varanasi he asked to talk to the guard of the hotel. Any question asked to receptionist told to talk to the guard. The room size was ok, but didnt like the cleanliness maintained. The area of the hotel consists of the muslims in the majority.

Pretty decent property. Staff are friendly. Washroom flooring needs to be little modified to stop shower water gushing out and spoiling the entire floor. Hotel management to look at the high level of noise created by guests who have booked rooms for marriages etc.

It's an horrible hotel, reception people behaviour is very rude. At chilling 10 degrees also they do not provide hot water and will make excuses.... please avoid this hotel for stay.... i had such a bad experience.... please you guys dont make this mistake....

overrated property. most of the amenities written on app are not available like toiletries, newspaper, slippers, cookie platter etc. the kettle and mini bar in the room was not working. would call it an average property with good location.

Service Quality is not at all prompt. The reception turn a deaf ear to any water refill requests. Food taste was good and cost reasonable.

It's pathetic. Room is spacious but they are not doing room cleaning on daily basis. We call them for cleaning no reply.
