All amenities listed at website are not available like - Kettle is not available, water in bathroom goes on and off, door locks are not working. staff is very good and view is also very good but basic necessity items are not available. Since locks were not working, we have to leave our rooms opened while leaving the hotel. Since water was not available in bathroom we used bathrooms of other rooms. Since we were witnessing all these discomforts, we were assured complementary breakfast but that was also cancelled.

The experience was very good especially the staff, cleanliness, service and location. The Manager Mr. Shyam went out of way to help in everything, i guess this is all you need while on a trip. Special mention of service staff Tanishq... very jobial and courteous..

Rooms were good,clean and spacious. Food and service is great. Thanks to the manager Mr Shyam singh for arranging fans for our rooms on special request.
