The rooms were spacious but not at all clean. The generator was not working and long load shadings are a common thing in that part of Bengal. No direct access to the river from the hotel premises. one has to come outside of the hotel and walk on a broken road to reach the river bank. Any food other than Bengali type foods are a complete waste. Room service almost nonexistent. And there's very much rush during weekends. The swimming pool was not well maintained either. Mire over hotel stuff wasn't wearing masks even if we asked them to wear them multiple times. The small stretch of road which one must go through after leaving the main road is in absolute horrifying condition as well.All in all can't say it was a good experience at all.It's okay to stay with family or visit as a couple.

My stay at the hotel was quite decent, the only things that I would like to mention was that the swimming pool was not operational and one has to walk some distance from the property to get a proper river view (not that I am complaining). The other thing I would mention is that the hotel was having credit card machine issues and has no digital payments so it's advisable to carry cash as there are no ATM's nearby. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Overall stay was nice. Hotel was also good and they just need little upgrade as per price. I thought I will get some place to sit near river and that was disappointing. So, if you only want to chill out in hotel, then it's good place, but if you are looking to chill out near river then book a hotel near diamond hourbor. This hotel is 20 KM far from mail location. Rest everything was good.

Had an awesome experience there. The most satisfying things are the quality of food and the staff behavior. Also has a good family friendly ambience. Please note that the river is not visible from the hotel. One need to walk a around 300meters to get the river.

The hotel staff and food are awesome. Behavior of the staff is superb. But the hotel needs more maintenance. The swimming pool was very dirty and the commode was also unclean.Rest was okay. Just the room was spacious enough. We could spend good time together.
