Stayed on 12 thJuly '24..It was a short visit on 13th July arriving between 12.40pm to almost 1.10pm at The Swagath Grande Dindigul Checking out at 6.10am the next morning 14th July 2024.....Mr.Parthiban the well trained Reception lady and the Entire Staff both at the hotel including Mr.Thomas from the............. who was quite energetic IMPRESSED ME THE MOST WITH HIS QUICK RESPONSES AND TAKING THE REQUESTED RESPONSIBILITIES IMMEDIATELY..HE NEED TO BE AWARDED AS THE BEST EMPOLYEE SO FAR WHAT I COULD EXPERIENCE FROM HIS UNTIRING SERVICES.....THE MANAGER MR.PARTHIBAN IS SUAVE QUITE RESPONSIVE AND HAS ALSO IMPRESSED ME THE WAY HE HANDLED HIS LADY COLLEAGUES AND THE OTHER STAFFS....Mr.Raja Rajan AND MR.MANSOOR( though Initially was hesitant but opened out later serving the rice and curry to the other two guests) and their REVERED colleagues in the Dining Hall made our day during SUMPTUOUS LUNCH BY CHECKING WITH US FOR THE TASTE OF THE GASTRONOMICAL DELIGHTS SERVED DURING LUNCH....though 2/3 of us are frugal food eaters it TURNED OUT TO BE A MINI HEART WARMING FEAST FOR THE ATTENTION GIVEN TO US IN REGULAR INTERVALS DURING LUNCH....THE ENTIRE STAFF ENVIABLE SERVICES TOUCHED OUR HEARTS AND SOUL AND THESE WERE MADE POSSIBLE BY Mr.Thomas who had LEFT A WORD INFORMING THE DINING STAFF 1.5 TO 2 HRS IN ADVANCE NO SOONERCWE ALL ARRIVED ABOUT LUNCH AT THE HOTEL RESTAURANT..MR.THOMAS'S CO-ORDINATION WITH THE RESTAURANT STAFF WAS JUST MIND BOGGLING AS WE WERE RECEIVED VERY WELL WITH SMILES FROM EVERYBODY WHICH FILLED MORE THAN HALF OF OUR STOMACHS..and the rest was HISTORY....* opened up....* opened up later....* no sooner we all arrived at the hotel before lunch..Mr.Thomas is partly from the FRONT OFFICE, HOUSE KEEPING AND HIS CO-ORDINATION WITH THE FOOD AND BEVERAGES DEPARTMENTS WERE SIMPLY MIND BOGGLING DUE TO THE ATTENTION HE GIVES TO THE MINUTEST DETAIL GETTING MORE AND MORE PRO ACTIVE WITH THE RESPONSIBILITES ENTRUSTED TO HIM WINNING THE HEARTS OF GUESTS....ALSO HIS ORGANISING THE LIME JUICES SOON AFTER OUR CHECK IN MADE US GO FLABBERGAUSTED WITH HIS SERVICES AND GETTING MADE THE ORDERED EXTRA BED VOLUNTARILY AND ON HIS OWN CHECKING WITH ME FIRST TO HAVE IT THROWN OPEN WAS THE HIGHLIGT OF THE DAY AND OUR STAY.....THE FOOD BEVERAGE STAFFS THOUGH MANAGED TO GET THE LIME JUICES DELIVERED WITH SPILLING JUST A LITTLE DUE TO THEIR HAVING TO CLIMB STAIRS WITH LIFTS WORK GOING ON REQUEST WAS MADE TO NOT TO SPILL THE JUICES AS IT SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE B4 BEING SERVED.....SO ALSO 2 BOTTLES OF CHILLED WATER WAS DELIVERED WOTHOUT ORDER BUT HAD TO ACCEPT DUE TO THE COURTESY EXTENDED BY THE F&B Staff......*WATER WERE DELIVERED......*WITHOUT ORDER..In total it was a HEAVENLY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ROOMS NEED TO BE A LTTLE MORE SPACIOUS AS IT IS QUITE SMALL AND GET CRAMPED ALL THE MORE WITH AN EXTRA BED.....THE WALL SPACED LUGGAGE HOLD THOUGH IMPRESSED ME/US VERY MUCH BUT SHOULD BE MADE MORE COMFORTABLE TO HANDLE OPENING AND CLOSING IN THE CRAMPED ROOM AS THERE IS HARDLY ANY SPACE TO MOVE AROUND A LITTLE BIT FREELY..* * THE ENTIRE STAFFS ENVIABLE..

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at swagath hotel in dindigal. the hotel is located in the core of the city.the personnel over there is quite kind and helpful. the ambience is fantastic, and the surroundings are cool. when it comes to cleanliness, the staff had kept the rooms and restrooms quite clean and provided with all the necessary toiletries . one feels as if they are in their own house.you must sample the cuisine there because, the food is prepared without the use of artificial colors, ajina motu, and other tasting powders. healthy food, clean accommodations, kind and friendly staff, and owner. the complimentary breakfast spread was impressive. i had a wonderful overall experience with positive time and would strongly recommend this hotel!!!!!my deepest gratitude to all managers and staff for your prompt assistance!!

showing room for a sample on the ground floor and allotting a different room on the 1st floor. the bathroom is totally different for only bookings. if we got for offline booking they will charge more and it will be a good different roomthis partiality is going in most of the hotels. please resolve this issue asap

Stay at Swagath Grande Dindigul was pleasant, well maintained room, room service was at peak, restaurant was neatly maintained and the best part was complimentary breakfast with different varieties. Walkable distance from Dindgul Railway Station. For sure will recommend to others. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
