Seven Serviced Apartments, Worli

After seeing the photos, I thought this is service apartment. First room boy took us to normal room without kitchen and other things. Then I told him, I booked service apartment. The boy took us to other block with 2 bhk house which I need to share the kitchen, hall and others except bed room and toilet. I was very disappointed because I came with my wife and kid. The building is quite old and there were cockroaches as well(attached photo). You won't see this kind of AC anywhere. There is a bad smell from the mattress and pillow. Next thing I request to deliver the breakfast early around 7.30 am but they told me delivery only at 8 am. We were waiting until 8.20 am but they didn't delivered. I did checkout around 8.30 am and left. One of my worst stay. * I paid 4.3k but not worth it.

Room is full of cockroaches. Inside bed also it is there. In kitchen, hall and bathroom everywhere its the same. Pest control measures not taken. It has spoiled my sleep. I am writing this review at 2.50am because of disturbed sleep due to cockroaches. I am totally disappointed.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Cleanliness and bedding could have been improved. There was no dining facility. No complimentary services. Location was great.

Pathetic service from a ‘serviced apartment’. Could not serve chilled water. The TV never worked and they could not resolve it. Sorry is what you get
