worst experience in my life, my sister stayed there for 3 days, I was booked with breakfast bookings. Still there catering staff asked for money from them, and bargains also, if you pay here then you need to pay less, otherwise at reception you need to pay more. By mistake their towel got mehndi strain from my sister. For that they charged 1000Rs. totally unethical. They connect to their GM, He was asking for 1000Rs. These people thought girls are innocent as much as you want you can take money from them. I don't know, higher management knows these things or not these things are really the worst. Not the worst of the worst .

i asked for toilet roll they forgot to bring it up also, water flow in jet spray was too low making it uncomfortable and lastly geyser not working properly. tap speed is slow shower speed is too fast… these are the issues i faced

excellent room and interrior i will recommend this hotel for business and family people. but need to improve services. parking issue in day time. room and location is good.
