Shalom- A Boutique Stay

In one word it's excellent stay at Hotel Shalom ...I am trying to describe the hotel in my own personal view to help others... 1. The location of this hotel is excellent. it's located in central point at civil lines just above of Haldiram Bhujiawalas Restaurant. 2.Rooms are excellent. super bigger spacious area. super neat and clean. 3.Bathrooms are super luxury like star category hotel. 4.Staffs are very friendly, courteous, not even very professional minded which is a real host like nature. 5.There are complementary drinking water, tea coffe maker which is satisfactory. 6.The hotel is inaugurated just 3 months ago. so it's very beautiful and clean in all aspects. 7.The only con is no food available at hotel. but the staffs informed me the kitchen is under preparation. so soon the food will be available. At last , when I just checked out (which is also late check out) I was informed that my train was rescheduled for 3 hours. with all of my unexpected pleasure , Hotel Shalom gave me permission for a free stay in my room for 3 extra hours. The hotel Shalom is situated just one KM from Prayagraj Junction at a very prime location. From booking to check out my experience was very good. The reception was very polite, kind and caring. They only took only 2 minutes to complete the check in process. The room provided to me was spacious, very neat and clean. Linen, towels, sheets and everything was super clean. They provide RO water and mineral water bottles complimentary which was really nice. AC & TV were working absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated on the main road but still the room was not noisy at all. The Bed was comfortable so one could sleep peacefully. They have their own restaurant on the ground floor. I tried tea only and the tea was really good. The hotel has parking as well. For four wheelers they have open parking in the front of the hotel and for two wheelers they have parking in the basement. The check out process was also very quick and it took only a minute. In short I really liked staying there. I am definitely visiting again. Cleanliness, staff behaviour and food.

i recently stayed at hotel shalom, and it was one of the best hotel experiences i've ever had. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. i would definitely stay here again in the future.
