We had some challenge in finding the hotel. But that's okay. The major disappointing part was the restaurant. First of all it's overpriced. (Mineral Water- Rs. 75/). Secondly, we ordered from A La Carte for lunch, then for dinner also we ordered the same, but waiter came and told buffet is there, if u have only dinner it's 650+tax and dinner and lunch 800+tax. So we said we will have tonight's dinner and next days lunch. But bill came for 650+tax. Upon asking they said Dinner and Lunch has to be of same day. I felt cheated, as I paid more than double of what I was supposed to pay for A la Carte. On complaining their justification was it was just a miscommunication. Breakfast was very very basic. No Boiled egg and if you ask omlet, they will serve you single egg omlet. Room was spacious and it's inside a plantation. But overall experience was not worth the money you pay. There is no pool in the resort. They have a spa there. But it's way too expensive compared to any 5 star property spa. Their overall pricing is equivalent to a four or five star. But the experience you get is comparable to a two or three star. Think before you book.

The property is really beautiful. However there is nothing much to do like there are no indoor games or a pool and due to covid the spa was also closed. hence it was a disappointment!if you want to just enjoy some peace. nature and read a book.this is a nice place.the weather was very hot and the food was average.overall an ok experience.

I'm glad i found shambala while making impromptu yercaud plans. This place is cosily wrapped in the woods of yercaud. If you're looking for a break from the noise, pollution, and chaos of city life, this is where you should head. The staff are some of the sweetest people i have met. Plan your stay at shambala ASAP and you wont regret it.

Loved the stay in this beautiful property. Very calm and surrounded by only nature. Very courteous staff and prompt service. Loved absolutely everything about this property except the food. They had a limited menu and most of the items are very bland. They have to improve a lot with respect to the food and the variety in the menu.

Worst ever customer service, no ventilation in rest rooms, the rooms were having a pungent smell. Horrible stay experience. I will never ever recommend this Resort to anybody. No clean rooms/restrooms. Tea served was with burnt milk. And many more flaws by Sparsa Group
