No breakfast was provided and even if you talk to them in a little aggressive mode they will only provide you with 1 item for the entire family. Secondly, the lift remains off most of the time and you will need to request the office to put it on all the time. Breakfast would be served only at 9 AM and nothing is open until then. Food is not of good quality and absolutely not recommended. I would not be staying here the next time and it is not recommended for anyone either!!!

Friends, this hotel is not worth it to be honest. The stay is very basic for such an amount and lift does not work all the time and we have to ask the reception to put it on everytime we need to use it. Also for complementary breakfast they will allow you to choose only 1 item even if there are 2 or more guests, they will have to choose the same item. No tea or coffee with the meals.For the price they are asking it is too much and the kitchen gyegine is also questionable.

Average for single deluxe room when I enter the room bed sheet and blanket not clean too much hair in blanket, room cleaning service is too much bad bcz When you call them, they come to clean the room , but they don't come themselves. and bathroom ventilator fan blade not working . hotel employee's behaviour is good. it's my first time solo journey.

One of the worst hotel. The manager was very rude. The location is very inside and that too in narrow lanes. Exhaust fan washroom ka raat ko on tha, manager ko usme problem. He said exhaust fan raat ko off karo. Har cheez me commission chahiye usko. I would suggest all not to stay in this hotel at all. U will regret if u stay here

hotal is good seeing and give good facility.hotal is good and location is good. Everyone find this hotal without any problem. So I give advice to every travellers, those who visit in Varanasi, vo use its this hotal facilities. this hotal cheapest and better for stay.

The room doesn't have a TV but it was mentioned. very bad service it took more than an hour to let me check in. Hotel staff are not at all professional and the room condition is very bad. I thought of staying for a few more days but it was impossible to stay there.

It is the worst place for any man.No wifi, No water supply ,loction is also not good No resturant No coperative behaviour with Guest ...fully unsystemic resting and logging place of tour..

Rooms are not so spacious but is clean. staff service is good. Food is also good. must watch the Ganga from roof top and enjoy food on open roof restaurant.

Really great experience. Great staff. Proper cleanliness. Less than 1 minute walk to Ganga ghats. The food in their Open Hut Cafe was also real good.
