A gradual sloped pine forest is barely two minutes walk away. If you are the sort interested in exploring a mountain river valley, the beautiful Pabbar river is only 15 kilometers away. And if you are the sort, who wants to simply relax in tranquility, with the apple aroma filling your senses, and the Himalayas lo Sitting in the middle of an apple orchard, adjoining a pine forest with views of snow capped Himalayas and a river valley, property has arguably the best location and views this side of Himachal. The house is good for large groups looking for a get together. A couple seeking a quite get away. And travelers who enjoy nature, trekking, adventure Himalayas looking over you, then this place is also for you. The house has four large rooms, a living room and a lot of lounging space which can accommodate a large group of up to 16 people. Each room has space for an extra bed. All four rooms have views of the apple orchards and the Himalayas. Bathroom are usually very cold in the hills. We made ours on the sunny side and now we have not only the sun streaming in from the large windows but we also get stunning views of the Himalayas. The house has a large garden with a small pool in one corner. Its an excellent place for basking in the sun in the day and for bonfire in the night. The water feeding the house comes from a perennial natural spring, which bubbles up from our orchard. Therefore we have no water shortage even in the peak of summer. We also have no power issues as we have a good generator for backup. We also have a restaurant and serve Indian, Chinese and Continental food
