Shepherds Cottage | A Luxury Stay

I recently stayed at Shepard's Cottage in Kashmir, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled among walnut and apple trees, the cottage is simply beautiful. There's a charming little pond with ducks, adding to the serene atmosphere. The rooms are sweet and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The caretaker is incredibly sweet and helpful, always available to assist with any needs. The food at Shepard's Cottage is really good, with a very nice, homely touch. The meals taste just like homemade food, making every bite a delight. The owner, Susan, is a wonderfully kind and attentive person. She personally called to ensure everything was perfect during my stay, adding a personal touch that is rare to find. Shepard's Cottage offers all the necessary facilities without giving off a typical hotel vibe. It exudes a unique and welcoming ambiance that truly stands out. Having visited Kashmir many times, I can confidently say this was one of the best places I've ever stayed. If you're looking for a place with a warm and inviting atmosphere, Shepard's Cottage is the perfect choice.

Extremely satisfied with the service from staffs and Ms.Susan who guided us well. Food was reasonably priced and yummy. Property was clean and had all basic amenities for families and kids.
