Sherva Stellar Resort

We just had most comfortable stay ever in yercaud. We took suite room and had the most pleasant stay. Ambience is so soothing and calming and the resort is so clean and well maintained. You won’t find any part that is undone. Everything to its perfection. It’s got effective distance from yercaud so that you won’t find any vehicle sounds no traffic while reaching the resort was the best thing. Because it gets over crowded on sundays yet we had no difficulty reaching there. Food options were decent and hotel staff is so courteous that they come and inform once the food is served for breakfast buffet. Room amenities were top notch with a great view. Loved it. Hotel staff have been so helpful as we were carrying a baby they took special care for our needs and made us feel like home. The best thing if you ask about the resort is the dining rooftop with shimmering lights. They’ll prepare a campfire for you which has got a decent spot just beside the dining area. They even had activities to enjoy after breakfast. We played carrom in the night and morning we played badminton. To sum up I would say that after visiting Indeco, Shevaroys and Grt. This is the most cost effective and clutter free resort. Thank you for serving us.

we booked the valley view room and had the worst ever experience. the room was stinking literally. walls were very dirty, ceiling had fungus growth which made the whole room contaminated, pillow cases and blankets smells really bad that we couldn't use it. also we contacted the reception and asked them to change the room , but they replied there was no room left to change, then we asked him to atleast clean the room , he said he'll send someone to clean and we waited but no one came to even take a look at our concern. it was in a horrible that we checked out of the room within two hours of checkin and the manager was not even aware of the complaints we raised to the receptionist. total waste of money not even worth a penny.

Additionally, the play area was a wonderful feature of the resort, providing our children with a safe and enjoyable space to explore and have fun. Watching them laugh and play brought smiles to all our faces. Overall, we had a memorable time filled with joy, laughter, and quality moments as a family, making this trip a cherished experience that we will treasure for years to come!
