Shervani Hotel promises comfort and hospitality, but my recent stay hit a snag. Despite the cozy vibe and friendly staff, waiting for hot water turned into an unexpected hassle. Picture this: standing shivering, tapping your foot for over an hour, just for a decent shower. It's the little things that count, right? Well, a hot shower definitely falls into that category. While Shervani Hotel has its charm, they might want to iron out these kinks to ensure every guest's experience is smooth sailing.

Rooms are clean and in a single room there was enough space ,a corner with a study table and chair which I found very comfortable. I stayed alone and I had my exam in the morning and I told them about this .They helped me with the route towards my exam centre and even in the early morning they served me breakfast within minutes after ordering.Entire staff is very well trained and cooperative.

I am a regular client of this hotel for several years. I am glad that the hotel has maintained its high standards. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is good. Location is a wow. Few steps from Nehru Place Metro, just off the outer ring Road. Lots of dining options in the area. Strongly recommend.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel.Whenever i visit Delhi i used to stay at this hotel in the recent times.Reason is very simple hotel ambience and food are very good.Rooms are very neat and clean.Ac,TV are in good working conditions.Staffs are very good.Love to stay again in my future visits also.

Good location. Well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Service was prompt. Only negative was menu for dining is limited. More items could be added to the menu. For club room, toiletry accessories could be provided. Slippers in room could be provided.

The stay was very pleasant. The check-in and check-out was hassel free. Services was quick. We had buffet breakfast which was really good and the hospitality was upto the mark. Definitely would consider and recommend another trip here.
