Excellent property in an excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from Khajjiar hotspot. Property is very well maintained in a peaceful surrounding with awesome views of valley and Pir Panjal range. Room and bathroom were neat and clean with all required amenities. Balcony view is just awesome you can spend hours sitting in your balcony admiring the beauty of valley. Hotel staff were polite, disciplined and welcoming. It's recommended to have a MAP booking as the place is isolated. For us food was good delicious and were served sufficient. Overall excellent place with no issues at all. Highly recommended place to stay in Khajjiar if coming with family or friends for a memorable time in Khajjiar.

amazing stay, amazing staff, almost 400 m away from the ground where all activities take place.balcony offers excellent view.stayed foe 2 nights, it was memorable stay.u get hot water from 7 to 11 in moring but on request they arrange.food is good, not too expensive.remember to carry cash as no ATM for 30 km around.my family had a memorable experience.thanks to hotel.room was big and spacios, bathroom also big.cleanliness excellent.

Hotel is very near to khajjiar lake and room was spacious enough for small family, Staff was very cooperative and one more good thing is there is parking space in front of hotel. Nice view from room balcony, Overall good value for money.
