Hello, my name is Hema Upadhyay. My husband, Rakesh Chandra Upadhyay, and I run a homestay in Champawat, driven by our passion for hosting, hospitality, and travel. My Husband left his corporate jobs in Delhi —where he was an HR professional at Adani Power—to pursue our dream of owning a business in the agricultural and allied sectors. Together, we manage a range of ventures: Animal Husbandry: Raising livestock with care and expertise. Seasonal Vegetable Farming: Cultivating fresh, organic produce. Fruit Nursery: Growing exotic fruits like Kiwi, Strawberry, and Apple. Vermicompost Production: Creating and selling nutrient-rich compost. Apiculture: Producing high-quality honey from our beehives. Dairy Products: Offering pure Ghee, Curd, Chaach, and Milk. Fish Pond: Raising Golden Fish, which are excellent for pedicures and manicures. In addition, we have dedicated a part of our premises to meditation, offering guests a serene space with stunning Himalayan views to practice and find peace. Our versatile lifestyle embodies a harmonious blend of entrepreneurship and wellness, providing a unique and enriching experience for all our visitors.
