Shiv Shankar Guest House

One of the very disappointing experiences at Shiv Shankar Guest House. We called the manager to prepare the room before we reach and upon reaching we found nothing ready. It was an Oyo property, we were allotted a room on the second floor, the room was super dirty, the bed sheets were stained, the mattress was yellowish and stained, the pillows were so gross it seemed like nobody ever tried to change them. An old man, the caretaker of the property came to the scene to hide the whole scene - changed the sheets and pillow cases but how can one ever be able to rest on that dirty mattress and a pillow that seems

We have booked two triple bed room in Hotel Shiv Shankar guest house but they provide us two double bed room in another hotel which is so dirty and no any other facility available on that hotel . For which we are facing so much problem. We have not aspect this from such a sight like goibigo

The hotel was very good as compared to the price. It was also in a perfect location from Golden Temple. The hotel staff was also very supportive and their behaviour was also good.

very nice guest house very helpful person we arrived at 3:00 am so the owner come to pick us in his personal car from railway station rooms are neat and clean I so helpful owner
