The hotel won't provide you towel in the room. Also drinking water is not available in the room. The toilet and the room is very dirty. The price taken for the room is also very high as per the amenities provided in it. The behavior of the staff is also very rude. Multiple unrelated and personal questions are asked while giving the rooms inspite of providing them with the documents asked by them. If any problem arises during the stay, then no one is there to address the problem and sought it out. My opinion is not to book this hotel anymore as we can't check the status of the hotel while making the booking. My horrible experience although I stayed only for one day. The room smells very bad as if it's not been cleaned for many days. Also the condition of the bathroom is very bad as all the tap is with rust and water is not coming properly with it. The basin is also very dirty. The comod is also very dirty. The blankets and the bedsheet provided is also very dirty. In worst situation we have to adjust in the room as we had already paid.

It was worst exp I ever had. This hotel has no maintenance. No drinking water was supplied in the room in two days. I brought it From outside. No soap is there in bathroom. They had a hand wash on sink but how can a person take bath with hand wash. I have asked them several times for Drinking water and soap but no response. Finally I purchased both from outside. Rooms were not cleaned in two days. Keys were with hotel only for full day time but again no maintenance. Rooms and bathrooms are smelly with bleaching powder. Bathroom is dirty and stinks otherwise. Location is good and prominent. Ac was working. Geyser was working that's it. All together I will not recommend this property to anyone

Despite of the populary belief our stay was pretty smooth. Staff behaviour was good, they helped us to find the correct location at the fairly price point. Except one sweeper who was mildly rude about my friend sitting incorrectly. Nevertheless. On ring service boy came up and got what we ordered for equity some of money. Recommended for group of friends, or solo travellers. Not suggested for families. As there are cleanliness issues with it. The rooms could have been more lit, there are only those romantic yellow lights which aren't very bright. Not a big issue. But overall cleanliness is very much required.

I had booked a room for 3+1but was given a small room, bed was small, but was clean, dinner food was good tasty, but as breakfast was added the hotel said that only plain toast and tea others have to pay, really station side Hotels know how to loot customers, and horrible is taxi service, the city of joy turning to city of looters, please avoid such property if you are with family
