Though not closer to the beach, a very well maintained and a cozy cottage. The owner who manages this is a very friendly n simple lady. We opted for a deluxe cottage, it was really clean n welcoming. Both the room n bathroom were clean. I agree with other reviewers that the service is really slow but believe me if you manage it properly then you will not even feel irritated due to this. I had been here with my 4 year old kid for 4 days and we used to plan our meal in advance and place the order 2 hours prior. You get whatever you want at whatever time you have specified :-) As it is a totally coastal area sometimes it becomes very difficult to get that typical India Chinese;-) food to match your taste buds but the if you want to eat the normal food with the Konkani taste yes surely you will get it. I believe its the same with every hotel you visit in such a areas.

We had visited this hotel for 1 day stay. However, we are disappointed with overall experience. Cleanliness of the rooms are not par with the price they are charging for the stay. Staff service was also not good. if you are going through your own vehicle, don't expect anyone from hotel will proactively help you to park the vehicle. We had terrible experience of mosquitos (machhar) in this hotel. My family couldn't got good sleep in night. Later on in morning we came to know that Mosquito repellent was empty. Breakfast was ok.Bed sizes are good. Location is good. Mosquitos in room. No one there to help for parking your vehicle.

Shivshanti Holiday Inn is the best place to stay in Shrivardhan. Different types of rooms are availalbe, best ones are garden facing cottages.Cottages are very spacious with 2 beds and can comfortably accommodate family of four people. Food is good and you need to order bit in advance.Beach is just 5 minutes walk away from Hotel.Being far from Bombay, beach in Shrivardhan is relatively much peaceful and clean.You can also visIt Dive Agar Beach and Harihareshwar both are half an hour drive from Shrivardhan. I would recommend this Hotel over any other place in Shrivardhan for your stay.7

dint feel safe and worth for money,I had booked for 3 days but left after 1day. wife found somebody was peeping through washroom window. so dint feel safe to stay. Resort is big ,staff(only one person}) is helpful but costly, not well maintained (no water in wash basin, bucket and mug was sticky, pillow covers were stinking) only one guy for all. no security or watchman . canteen was closed as cook was on vacation no intimation in advance or alternate arrangements. after 7pm surroundings are too dark, shady. and isolated dint feel safe for couples to walk around or go to beach.

Decent experience with the property. However the hotel rooms per se in the main building aren't that good. There are 2 cottages with a garden which is the real deal. We upgraded by paying extra but it was worth it. I wouldn't go to this place again if I won't get to stay in the cottages. Also the support staff needs lot of training. They can keep you waiting for food, rooms etc. citing other important work which should not be the case. Overall 2.5 stars for the stay considering the high cost of rooms and cottages. Food is also just okayish.

I got these hotel room as my other booking wasn't allowed by the hotel owner so browine points to goibibo for getting me last minute arrangements The hotel was okish.. Kind of deserted once you go inside.. Rooms are ok thou the bathroom fittings like shower doesn't work Good ac Also swimming pool had loads of mosquitoes nesting so beware

Hotel location is good but room conditions are not good as seen in photo,cozi smell in room ,color /pop fall of room roof also TV unit is not working in my room and we ask them but they just there is issue in set up box,we paid too much for that room ,if you get 2000rs/night then ok for this cost

The property is very good & is very clean & nice & their rooms & services are very satisfactory as well but we didn't like the food & this is the only drawback we faced over there otherwise remaining things area great over here.

Poor service, stinky toilet and room, shower not working, AC not working, hotel has only 1 service staff. Asked for a room change - all other rooms has one or the other issue. Pathetic. Dont recommend to others.

Location was near to the beach. Swimming pool,gym and spa were available and there were in good condition. Caretaker handled all of my services very professionally. I took dinner and it was good.

Food is excellent. Need to be little patient with service for obvious reasons. Deluxe and Executive rooms are very spacious. Very close to sea and very peaceful. Property well maintained and big.

Horror hotel there was no any cook and other person for survival Place was denjorious for family also any one to stay there so we not stay in that hotel please reveart back my money

Location was good and it was near to the beach. I told them to keep breakfast ready at 6:00 am but it was not ready. Swimming pool was available. I took dinner and it was good.

Please do not book this hotel as I have a very bad experience with them. Service is not good. In spite of booking executive rooms the TV was not working neither remote.
