You are better off booking any other - even a 2/3 star hotel. We are starting off with the one and only positive - the restaurant serving breakfast and the food. it is the only reason why this property deserves even a single star! If not for the restaurant and staff there, the hotel would get a zero star from me.Have been a regular Sarovar customer and usually, they have been pretty good. it would do a lot of good for the Sarovar chain to abandon this property to ensure no further damage to the brand.Booking - hotel allowed us to book one room for 3 adults and a kid, although we were looking to book 2 rooms initially. There was no indication that we would be allocated a room with bedding for 2 (max 3, if we adjust), also not keep it ready for the other guests at that time of the night (past midnight)Check-in - Our family arrived past midnight after a long international flight to check in (after calling and checking the previous day about having to check in late). Check-in staff asked IDs of all occupants, including senior citizens, which was fair even despite the state of tiredness we were all in, but a bit of empathy would have shown some interpersonal skill. There was no need to mention that it would be a problem for them if the police were to come!!! We were under the impression that it was a decent 4-star family hotel.Room - Required bedding could have been readied beforehand. Room was dirty, unclean and stained linen and dirty toilets. There is no way this can pass for a 4-star property. Unfortunately, we were all too tired for taking pictures.Food - Excellent. and service at the restaurant was top notch. It is sad that the rest of the hotel is letting down the staff at the restaurant.NOT recommended!!

We had an amazing stay experience here. We stayed as a family of 5 Adults and 1 Child and Booked 2 Suite Rooms for 2 Days.1. Location - Near to all major attractions in Bangalore - Kanakpura Road, Mysore Road, Banshankhari, Electronic City2. Room and Ambiance - Very Good size room with a waiting portico within room for additional people and working area. All bed were King Size with Comfortable Mattress3. Food - Better than Mariott. Neither too Spicy, Nor too pale. Just balanced Spices. Variety was good with a mix of South, North, Veg and Non Veg served Hot5. Staff Politeness and Courteousness: All staff was super soft spoken and pampered us and cared us by providing Curd Rice for one of the family member in room. All our request were handled within 3-4 minutes. Never seen such promptness in last 2 years specially during Covid6. Cleanliness and Hygiene - No complaints at all7. Parking and Safety - Dedicated and Round the clockTop Notch Hospitality, Keep up the good job. We would definitely visit again and recommend otherFood is one things which all our family members liked, Room size and Politeness of staff is also appreciated. We liked almost everything about this Hotel. Best Hospitality

I stayed here for business for one night, primarily needed internet access so I can do work. However, this hotel just could not get internet working. I would not recommend. However, I commend manager Nirav who provided his own mobile phone data so I could use for my work. I truly appreciate that level of customer service. Five starts for Nirav, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms they showed initially were extremely shabby. They were not of the standard of the rooms they have shown in the pics. The management was not cooperative initially. Later Mr Dipayan arrived and helped us to find a decent room. The food was good but overall the rooms condition could have been much better.Appreciate the efforts of Mr Dipayan
