i had booked a deluxe room, but the hotel gave me a basic room without a tv and telephone. the toilet was indian style. when i spoke to the hotel manager, he started behaving rudely, saying that if i wanted to stay, i had to stay in that room as they couldn’t offer anything else. for a western-style toilet, i had to use the hotel’s common toilet, which was very dirty. it had a very bad experience; the staff’s behavior was not good. during the kumbh event, they were taking advantage and charging passengers multiple times the usual fare, ignoring bookings.

staff was very rude.. firstly they didnot provide room by saying they have canceled the booking after 2 hours they provide room in which toilet and washroom was very dirty .. they didnt provide breakfast which was included in booking.. never recommened any one to stay in this hotel..
