total waste of money and very insolent person at reception.we had booked two Deluxe rooms at there from 9 Feb to 10 Feb 2025. we could not reach there on time due to heavy traffic on that night.we have requested them in between at 9 PM on 9/2)2025 to refund the amount.when we rang them up to tell our problems ,there response was very shocking.They are just looting people's hard earned money in the name of MAHAKUMBH.Whenever I or My Family,my relatives,my friends will visit to prayagraj,I will never recommend the Hotel Shree Mahalaxmi to them.

Hotel is good. 10Kilometers from Prayagraj Sangam. Needs improvement in following areas-1. Toilet flush to be fixed.2. Jet spray should be proper.3. Welcome tea/coffee (self help) should be available.4. map shows 4km from Sangam which is incorrect. It is 10-12 km from Sangam and Prayagraj Junction both. 5. Elevator should be installed. Hotel food is awesome. Satvik food is available on demand and tastes really good.Hotel manager and staff is awesome, they are helpful and lovely. appreciate the service.

the hotel is in a prime place and we have all amenities available.the hotel staff was really good & we had good ambience. as it near to road you can get all transport in few meters.overall it was a good stay

the price at which the rooms are available in the maha kumbh time is exponentially high. the hotel is okay not good or great at all. no complimentary mineral drinking water bottle.

I have waited in room upto 45 minutes to change the bedsheet.means service Hotel was not provided the room same as I booked.Receptionist says....This is the only room available.
