I would say very pathetic,the room which I got in this hotel not worthy at all. let me share you one one by one 1. Struggled to find reception counter 2. reception area was mess up i felt where I came it's like Dharamshala 3. Foul smell observed in room asked to the person who given me room key for another room but he denied 4.Room was very dirty, pics attached 5. TV wire opened, which can lead accident in future if some come with kids 6. Very dirty towel given to me pic attached 7. dirty blanket was on Bed, asked for bed sheet so I can manage to use it but not given to me 8. mineral water given to me after request which was part of booking package 9. I was not well thus I requested for normal water but not provided 10. There was only one person who taking care of reception counter and room too but he was entering in room without knocking the door 11. I ordered for dinner , food was good as per price but as I started first bite of food a person came asked for payment I requested to him pls let me complete my meal,that made me very disappointed 12. No soap provide in wash room 13. Hot water not available due to geyser not available in washroom 14. morning breakfast was good

Stay was very worst as the reception person was very busy and irritating. He was not picking up the call and overall experience was not good.

It was a good stay. I enjoyed it as it was close to Radisson where my guests stayed.
