HOTEL SHREEKSHETRA INTERNATIONAL

The hotel is terrible. The only good thing is the nice behavior of all the staff. The room initially they gave us, was ok but the bathroom was very dirty...the commode pan was broken and dirty poopy water was coming out from the back of the commode pan. When we complained about it, they told us they did not have any other vacant room to put us.. after repeated requests they gave us a new room in the next day. Rooms have ACs but they did not work and all of them are broken. The room charge compared to the condition of the room was way too much. same goes for the food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

my stay was quit disappointing. washroom doors were not closing properly. air-conditioning sys were in dilapidated condition and were making uncomfortable noise while running. there was no remote facility to control temperature also. the reception staff were very careless about their duties. my food bills of dinner were paid online to the restaurant staff at night itself, but the same was not updated to the reception staff for which i was held back unnecessarily at the time check out in the morning. worst experience.

Service for room service was not good. After breakfast my husband cleared the outstanding food bills at the reception. We left the hotel and approximately after travelling 200 km I got a call from a hotel staff saying we have a due of 158/- I told him repeatedly that we have paid all the dues- he kept saying-“ yes , still you have a due

It’s was a nice stay. Rooms were spacious. All mode of facilities were available. No issue in it. But few things can be improved like exhaust fan in toilet, though not more of a complaint but bed could have been better as per present time. Rest all good, particularly staffs were very nice.
