Shreyas Residency

My stay at Shreyas residency can be rated lesser than a star. We entered in the night by around 10.30, filled in the details. Entered the Suite room which was stinking, felt like only mosquitoes stayed there. No water bottle, tissue, hangers, when asked for the bottle one of it came on demanding, staff informed that they don't provide tissues, half tissue roll came by after complaining to the Manager. We paid 300 for a extra bed. For which the bed spread given had oil stains and smelled horrible. When informed they gave another one. Then came up the torn blanket. After asking we got a better one. And we also checked if we get hot water. For which the staff informed 24 hrs. But when we got up in the morning at 4.30 and checked it was only cold water. We reached staff, he is amazed and asking us when do u want hot water?. And so humble to give one bucket of Luke warm water for 3 elders and a 3 yr toddler. We finally had to take bath in cold water early in the morning after wasting buckets of water. Definitely not a place to stay even for a night. Pls dont waste your money. Worst stay ever.

a old property with little or no amenities.you dont even have tea kettles in d room.if u ask for tea after 8pm then they will feel as if u hv commited a crime.rooms stink

Room service is very pathetic. Rest hotel is at good location and also rooms are wonderful
