Shristhi Village

I recently stayed at Shristhi Village in Bangalore for three nights (28th to 31st December), and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the major concerns we faced during our stay:No Restaurants Available:\ mentioned amenities that included restaurants, but there were none available at the property. This led to significant inconvenience during our stay as we had to make alternative arrangements.No TV in the Room: Contrary to what was advertised, the room did not have a TV. This was misleading and disappointing.Indoor Games Not Available: claimed to offer indoor games, but there was no such provision during our stay.Unclean Rooms: The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It was only after we requested cleaning that the staff addressed the issue.Insufficient Towels: We were provided only one set of towels for the entire three-day stay. The towels were not changed at all, which is unacceptable for a property claiming to provide a comfortable stay.Bedsheet Issues: The bedsheets were not changed throughout the duration of our stay. To make matters worse, the provided bedsheets were torn (photos attached for reference). This lack of attention to basic hygiene and comfort was highly disappointing.Toiletries Provided Only Once: The toiletries were provided only once for the entire stay, and no replacements or refills were made available. This lack of service is far below acceptable standards.Overpriced for the Quality Offered: The cost of staying at this property is extremely high considering the subpar services and amenities. The experience was far from satisfactory, and it is not worth the price charged.Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations set of the property. While the location and concept might seem appealing, the lack of basic amenities and services severely impacted our experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their facilities and service quality for future guests.As a family, there were several aspects of our stay at Shristhi Village that we found disappointing:Lack of Basic Amenities: The absence of a restaurant and promised amenities like indoor games and a TV made the stay less enjoyable, especially for our children, who were looking forward to some entertainment.Hygiene Issues: The unclean room, torn bedsheets, and the fact that towels were not replaced during our entire stay were major concerns. These hygiene lapses made the stay uncomfortable for the whole family.Inadequate Service: Having toiletries provided only once, without any replacements, was inconvenient. This lack of attention to detail is something we did not expect, especially given the cost of the stay.Value for Money: As a family, we felt the cost of the stay was exorbitantly high for what was offered. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and missing amenities made it feel like we did not get value for our money.

1. Firstly it's a marriage Hall not Resort. for marriage Hall they have few rooms at one corner of the place with swimming pool. around 10 rooms I guess which are very small. so when there are no marriage events they use it as resort. 2. when we pay food bill at check out they don't accept card. if we give card they charge extra amount. 3. They have 2 guys who serve you food, they only clean swimming pool, clean rooms, they only will do everything. so rooms are not clean. 4. food are tasty however very limited. you get only 2 varieties of soups, no tandoori items including naan, tandoori rooti, no noodles, pasta, pizza types. just basic stuff u get. 5. Staffs are good but guy at reception looks like owner who is not good. 6. when we went, there were only two family including us. no Indore games. 7. no phone in room. we need to use our mobile to call them for any service. when u call for water not sure who will give u water. some lady cleaning the vessels came and gave me. fully message. few people trying to run a marriage Hall cum resort.

we are working people only sat Sundays we are getting time for our self. i was expecting a lot with the resort but very pathetic service, quality, and ambiance. even I received veg biryani vegitables are uncooked they really spoiled my money and my weekend. they Spoiled my weekend. I m very disappointed with the resort service there is no proper service. TV was not working and every 15 to 20 min Power was going and coming again and again. the food was not cooked properly I give 2 start only becz of location and resort atmosphere only good. and first time I ever seen who are changing for normal drinking water also... !!

Had a really good ambiance at the place. The place is really pretty and you can click a lot of beautiful pictures. You can swim in a very big pool. But after coming from pool I got some skin allergy. About the food, please do not go for north Indian food. Guess the cook is south Indian, hence they provide good south Indian food, but north Indian and chineese food Is pathetic. You get good coffee. Regarding drinks, you will not get there at the resort. It's better if you carry along with you. Also kindly take care at the time of billing to save your money. Service was good. You will have a very good time over there..
