facilities was not great. The bad thing is that it is situated in village and there are no lights on the way seems very scary. we had booked a room along with breakfast but in breakfast we had only got poha and upma on day 1 and on next day only poha. Also they refuse to cook food many times and arranged food from nearest hotel and charged us accordingly.Also while leaving the hotel manager is not concerned to say thank you and ask us about our experience?? it was Good but services should be prompt and upgraded. also the main part is that while booking they assured pickup and drop facility to railway station but hotel manager denied on such service. As Mentioned complementary pickup and drop from kasara railway station is not provided. The pool was very small and was very far away from hotel. Food facilities was not proper. Many times cook was not available and they arranged the food from far away hotel which takes half an hour to receive. In my 2 days stay not seen staff cleaning the balcony area being having lot of mosquitoes and insects on the floor. would recommend others to avoid visiting such place.

Hotel surrounding is good. Food quality and spread is very good and delicious ..Rooms amenities need to be improve..we had booked amrita Tulsi which seems to be old rooms but they are constructing many new different types of rooms which looks good.. overall our experience was nice..

Overall property was good and the food was tasty. 1. The room alloted to us had a spark coming out of the fan assembly which was scary and the staff didn't repair it. 2. Water was muddy in the bathroom which was unusable. 3. All the indoor games are subject to deposit amount.
