Hotel Siddharth

An OLD Property. Badly maintained. I am sure this goes for annual lease and none of the leaser is obviously not bothered about mantainance. People are good. Location is awesome. Parking space and Big lawn with poorly mantained swimming pool is there. Room size is Big, good enough for two people. But Bed, Bed sheets, Blankets, Furnitures are average. ROOM AMENTITIES are as good as a small town Dharamshala. ACs are broken, Shower is not working, Washbasins are small, their Taps are broken, even health faucet was broken. Break fast as neither spread nor quality. Average is , if you want to stay in Dharamshala with an AC room and in center of Varanasi, then only come. We got this room as no other property was available on Dev Dipawali. We got it for , But if you get it in 1500/1700, then its ok and values the cost. Still, People are good, they listen to you and try to resolve till you are tired of counting upon complaints for fixing things. After checking in, I was scared of the fact that I am staying here for toinghts..

Our stay in Hotel Siddharth from September 11 to 14 was not excellent. It was however Good.The rooms are big and airy. The AC was effective. The food was also good.The issues for which, I had to restrain myself and I think it needs the attention of the management is following:1) The room service is poor - in the sense that the intercom to room service is not always attended. I found that when the waiter goes to any of the boarder, there is no one to attend the phone. I had to request the reception to send the waiter to take orders.2) The first tea in the morning should be treated like a wake-up call and should be served on house. It should also served from 4:00 - 4:30 till 9:00 - 9:30. Now the morning tea is served only after 7:00 hrs.Hope the management of Hotel take this feedback positively.Abhijit

the only nice thing about the hotel is it's location, which prompted me to give it one star. in terms of other services, everything was below par. the rooms have cheap furniture and very poorly maintained.. bathroom had broken door, lock not working and never got hot water from the shower. had to get hot water in balti, which also use to take half an hour after asking for it. room service used to take ages and quality also very ordinary.

The hotel was pathetic with no cleanliness. There was no proper hot water arrangement in washroom . The washrooms were very dirty The hotel staff was very rude and had no concern about issue faced by the customer Overall experience was very bad Pls don't book this for your stay
