I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely congested, lacking proper windows and natural light, feeling like a cell. The bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty, visible only upon closer inspection. While the room boys were friendly and supportive, the reception staff's attitude was bad. The hotel's lack of signage outside made it hard to find. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its poor condition and service.
