We booked the hotel for one night stay at Athirapally enroute Valparai . We got a room with enough size and a balcony. The washroom were neat and clean . We orderd food and they arranged it for dinner.Only limited menu is available.We tried snow storm near the resort . We got 10% discount for the entry. Please note : Better to order breakfast at resort itself because you wont get good hotel nearby . We spend more than one and half hour in morning roaming for breakfast. Staff behaviour: The staffs are well behaved and with helping mind. Play area : The resort is inside an amusement park. You will get discounted entry there. Food : Limited menu , but they serve it neat and with courteous manners. Pricing is average. Ps: Best for couples and family who like to stay in a secure place.

very good hotel clean bed and linen,all things like soap, shampoo ,1 litre drinking water,kettle,tea bag sugar milk powder was there in room.has sufficient parking space.toilet bathroom was clean and good.led tv is there with plenty of channels.open balcony in.all room which.opens to small garden.ac was good and functioning.lastly food was good and tasteful we tried kerala dishes only chicken biriyani and fish curry meals was good.breakfast was complimentary had only dosa and poori as choice otherthan breakfast everything was good though choice was less in breakfast we were happy with food.my son enjoyed walking in garden and silver storm water theme park is near to resort.good location and friendly reception recommended place,I will surely stay here again

My family had a memorable time, kids had a ball. Calm place, Rooms were airy, bright and spacious. Modern toilet generous with towels and amenities. Staffs were friendly attentive and very helpful too. Tasty Food and the best part was that we fell in love with the bed, wish we could carry it along 😉 amusement park and snowstorm was in the same compound. Spend some quality time in the balcony past midnight not to miss the rhythm of river breaks through the calmness of night, that feeling was something beyond words. I can write a love story about this place 🙂 In brief Silverstorm experience was priceless, because we got what we never expected! The only regret was that we could not stay there for long.

Location:The hotel is located at about 15mins drive to Athirapally falls. Amenities:Its a beautiful 3* boutique hotel attached to SilverStorm waterpark.Has few rooms may be 8 or 10, well maintained as 5 star.has a cafe but not a running restaurant. Staff: The staff here are exceptional & top class, cannot complete this review without mentioning Mr.Vivek who upgraded our room to balcony view from deluxe 🤩. Experience : Overall experience of stay was awesome as they helped us in early check-in,provided discount coupons for the waterpark,provided good food.Very customer friendly and we would like to visit GEH again in have an opportunity. Keep it up GEH Resorts. Sorry for the delayed review :).

We had a great time at GEH Silver Storm, Athirapally. The rooms were excellent and though there are only 7 rooms all are well maintained. The food menu was limited but the quality and taste was amazing. Adjoining the resort is the Snow Park and Amusement park and we were offered 15 discounts on the entry tickets to these parks too. ☺👍👍 Nice helpful staff in the resort.. they even arranged some badminton games for us at night.. and the staff joined us too.. giving a very personal feel to the hospitality extended to us.

We had a memorable stay at Silver storm resort. Getting there was a bit tiresome as it was about a 45min bus ride from chalakkudy. But the resort and silver storm which was adjacent to it is on the roadside so there are bus and autos available to get somewhere. The food was delicious. Special thanks to Mr Aditya who ensured our safe and comfortable stay as it was a girls trip. Mr Nikhil was also very helpful and made arrangements for our sight seeing. Amenities could be improved.

Locations good, unless you’d want one with a view. The rooms are nice, spick & span. Since you stay at the resort, you get to avail a 20% discount at the water theme park and snow world, which was awesome. The cafe at the hotel could improve because it’s small and wasn’t one where you’d get served much. The service definitely has to improve. Orders take extraordinarily too long. To make tea or coffee, it’s takes an hour or 2. All in all, a 4 rating.

Had a very good time in Silver storm Resort. Rooms are very clean and tiny. its a 10 km away from Main Athirapally falls. we can get Auto and public transport like Bus are frequently available for Athirapally falls and Salakudi. Morning break fast they served in room dining and that food is ok and also they are having Restaurent. we visited There theme park just a next building and got very good discount. excellent memories..

I book executive room, but unfortunately ac not working, and they give me fan, but not discussed any reduction in price, since I have not get any well sleep, I called the service even at 12.00 night for help, but not compromised on cash, I have adjusted the room with fan,

Great experience.. Nice ambience, very cooperative staff and tasty food are the highlights.. Proximity to the Theme park is an added bonus, we can come to our rooms from the park in between. Overall nice stay.

Good clean rooms, Cozy place with decent food to suit local taste buds. Just a few feet from the Silver Storm Theme Park. Do visit when you are in the area. Note: No Pool here.
