This is very bad experience in hotel Singh palace.I will never stay there. Staff is very illiterate and shameful. No room service. No water in bathroom when u need. No phone facility...very bad....very worst experience of mine........

I am very very upset to seen my booked room. Only one room left in this hotel as per hotel owner. Room is very dirty. TV Was not working. No bathing soap. Not hot water for. Bathing. Service was very Poor. Room and bath room walls are totally sealen and dirty. Dustbin was very dirty. towel is very dirty after three times saying change new towel. Over all I will not use your hotel in future if my **** amount will refund. I feel Dharamshala room. I have a room photos will send you Regards

I am in traveling profile and book rooms through corporate account.but it was a pathetic experience because they changed the room 3 times in same night.entire staff was drunken and ready to fight with guest at any time.belongings were also no safe.
